ok since guild wiki shut down the build category i am in desperate need of a assassin build for pve
First my attributes are
Dagger Mastery : 15
Critical Strike : 14
Shadow Arts : 7

and my elite skills are
Fox promise
Palm Strike
Way of the assassin
Flashing blades

im wondering if anyone could help me figure out a build with those elite skills...

oh yeah that's a lot of help -_- plus all of those builds could be good or bad.

i'm not gonna give you a build cos it's better to try and create something, but i can give you suggestions :O

If you're PvEing and have heroes, then things are gonna die fast. I suggest either going with the gold line or just use a lead attack like [skill]Jagged Strike[/skill] and then use cheap and fast rechargable offhands and duals, like [skill]Wild Strike[/skill] and [skill]Death Blossom[/skill]. That is pretty much an endless chain right there, with the only time lag for Wild Strike. And you can always put in something else if you so desired.

Regarding your elites, for what you have, you could add Palm Strike to that chain to have another offhand ready and just alternate between the two. That's what I usually do, if I use an elite that's not [skill]Moebius Strike[/skill] (something you should invest in

). Except I use [skill]Temple Strike[/skill] :3 Flashing Blades is a pretty good defense, and Fox Promise is good against areas that have foes that block, but it's not necessarily needed as much.

then, depending on your energy pool, Critical Eye, Shadow Refuge, and a Res. And you should still have more slots to put in some random things like Way of ____ (fill it in, Perfection, Fox, etc.), shroud of distress, blah blah blah. Even put in more attack skills if you want. Oh and a shadow step if you so desired.

Normally you don't need to do the Hex + Offhand in PvE, except in hard mode.

i have a simple build you can use ^^

siphon speed or expose defence
Black Mantis Thrust
Jungle Strike
Critical Strike
Malicious Strike
Critical Defenses or flashing blade
Death's Retreat or Death Charge
Feigned Neutrality or shadow refuge

recharge time is a pain in the neck but it can deal some dmg

And as Laenavesse said, you should definetly attempt to cap (or use an Elite tome for) Moebius Strike. DB spam = win.
